Summary
Step-up thread adapter, M48x0.75mm female to M56x1mm male. This adapter may be used to attach a Sky-Watcher or Orion-branded (or similar) 0.85x reducer-flattener with uncommon M56 scope-side thread to common M48 nosepiece adapters or M48 extension rings, for use with 2" focusers.
The OpenSCAD file may be modified to generate similar adapter with other thread dimensions.

Recommend 0.12 mm layer height or smallest available (0.2 mm is too coarse for 0.75 mm thread pitch).
Recommend outside and inside brim.
Consider printing in PETG for higher strength and longevity, but even in PLA this adapter is easily strong enough to support a heavy imaging train without introducing tilt.
