Summary
Tried printing TPU with aluminium extruder - didn't work. None of the available extruder mods fit my printer's Creality MK8 aluminium extruder - the output hole was offset, compared to other designs. I modified exeswizz's design, then redesigned it again to fit the extruder arm better since the filament was still escaping.
If the small filament blocker is interfering with the idler wheel, you can cut off a small part of it. I might fix it in the model if someone's interested.
