Summary

This contains a new bed clamp (to fit an Ender-3 S1 bed base), which fits the arm parts from the original and a holder for the Vilros Pi Zero case (with camera), which fits at the end of the arm parts.

The case holder is designed to be affixed to the provided lug using an M4 (8mm length) countersunk screw into the lug with a M4 H6 heat set threaded insert (same as the original design).

The bed clamp is designed to be affixed to the bed base using 3 M5 (20mm length) countersunk screws with press-fit hex nuts. The arm is affixed to the base clamp using an M4 (20mm length) countersunk screw with a press-fit hex nut. The Assembled file/diagram shows how all of the pieces fit together.

I printed the bed clamp using Kingroon PLA in white and the case holder and lug (and arm parts) using TECBEARS PLA in black. However, I am fairly certain the brand and color are irrelevant.

Post-Printing

Press fit the hex nuts into the bottom piece of the bed clamp.

Insert the heat set threaded insert into the lug.

How I Designed This

I combined parts from the original designs to create a camera mount that will provide a good timelapse (because the bed of the printer moves, which created a less than optimal timelapse).

The bed clamp from the original did not fit the base of the bed on my printer (Ender-3 S1) because the original was designed for a non-S1 bed base. Therefore, I designed a new bed clamp, utilizing one of the slots and edges of the bed base to align and secure the clamp.
