My research shows that this battery cover should work on FX-3 and FX-103.
It is currently in use on my Yashica FX-D.

Remix'd items from Tinkercad user sakamies (big thanks for the start)... include:

Thicker Walls (original walls were too thin to print)
Thicker base [was too recessed in camera body]
Deeper Coin Slot [allowed by thicker base]
Recess inside of battery slot to accommodate Metal grounding plate which is required to work correctly [I flattened and cut out metal strip from bottom of pop can (aluminum is thicker on the bottom) cut and slightly sanded]

Printed with Cura [be sure to "Lay Flat" I don't know how to fix that part, sorry...but simple enough, click on the part and select "rotate" then select "lay flat"]

I printed my everyday use part at 0.12 Layer Height with 100% infill.

a little cleanup may be required.
