Summary
A friend of mine found a gadget that helps aligning two monitors together. But at the time it did cost around 50€, which I found a lot. So as a little surprise, I designed and printed a similar gadget. Maybe someone will find this helpful!
The tolerance for the hinge is 0.5mm with a length of 20mm for each of the two pins and diameter of 4mm, as this worked best on my printer. I attached the Fusion file, so you can change the parameters if needed.
