Summary

Hi everyone - here's my proxy model for the Frosthaven boss, the Seeker of the Abyss! There's a lot of Lurkers in this game, so I wanted to make sure that this guy was distinctive and easy to differentiate from the others. The artwork for this guy has a few features that immediately stood out to me: a very wide head, long spindly claws, and long spindly legs. So, I tried to hit all three of those points with my model, while respecting the fact that this guy needs to fit in a single hex… well, mostly while trying to respect that. Ok, maybe while at least nodding towards that.

This guy's big and will definitely crowd the map a bit. But, it's a boss, so there'll only be one of it on the board… so it's ok, I hope? You could print it at 95% or even 90% scale and still have a fine figure for the tabletop, but the legs and claws and stuff are already quite small and fragile, so be careful if that's the route that you wanna go.

This guy needs a fair bit of support, but since you only need the one, I figure that it's manageable.
