Summary
This is a foot for an ironing board by Vileda company, model - Total Reflect Plus.
This is improved over a factory default feet for this board as the contact area with the floor is much higher.
After printing you don't need any tools, however I highly recommend adding anti-slip coating at the bottom.

You can print this without any supports (with orientation on longer bottom part). However probably it depends on your printer and filament as well settings.
Infill probably might be much lower, and PLA probably would be plenty of strong for this but I just had this on my printer.
