Summary

This is a retaining clip for Volvo XC90 rear Sun Blinds. The clips are quite hard to find / purchase so I modelled one based on a clip that I already had.

I have done a few prints and trial fits and the clips fit well and firmly retain the sun blinds in position. I have designed it to have a slightly tighter fit where it clips on to the blind compared to the original Volvo part (31414200). This was done in an effort to resolve a common issue where the blinds fall out after not being retained securely by the clips.

I hope this 3D print is useful to others.
