Summary

I have a TRENDnet TE100-S5P+ Ethernet Switch which has a broken housing, so I designed this minimal housing for it. I think this is way better than the original one as it has a regular shape which makes it easier to place.

I'D RECOMMEND SCALING THE MODEL BY 101% ON X AND Y AXES.

This is because the model was designed with the actual measurements with no wiggle room, 101% scaling should make the board fit fine (or with a little bit of sanding of the board).

Assembly:
Just use the stock screws to screw the board in the bottom housing and then use any kind of glue you like to glue the top and bottom halves of the housing. I use silicone based glue so that I know that I can take it apart if I need to).

I'd use brims (or rafts if that's what you fancy) in order to prevent the corners from lifting if you don't trust your adhesion that much.
