Summary
Its the updated version of the BMW E30 wall art. Its thinner( 10mm) fits a little better together.
Use linear advance to get sharp corner. Also print it number side facing up to have a clean and consistent surface on the main face side.

print it in 0.28mm layer height with 7-10 % infill with zig-zag infill pattern. words better than lighting in this case. have a 6 line brim so the parts dont move when printing.
Post-Printing
clean the edges with debur tool and sand the edges before glue up.
