Summary
Since the RG-1001RD filter from K&N doesn't fit directly onto the standard MAF sensor housing, I designed a ring which replaces the inner diameter rubber ring. There is another model which has a mounting plate attached. To mount the filter to the frame of the car, this way it doesn't bounce around that much.
