Summary

On the KLP1 you have to always disassemble the hotend to reach the screws that keep the belt in place in case you want to change belts or tighten it more. This is really annoying and honestly just a bad design.

So i made a belt tensioner that doesn't require disassembly of the hotend. It basicly works like the original one and you can reuse the same screws, but now you screw down the belt lock diagonally from the rear.

Print at 100% infill and with “normal” support “everywhere”. Use a small layer height like 0.1 to give it more strength.
