How I Designed This
I traced the outline of the broken original cover, scanned it into a .jpg.
Then, in Fusion 360, I created "canvas" using this image.
I then calibrarted the canvas using the distance between two of the mounting holes == 98mm. See the scanned image.
Next, I added Fusion 360 sketch and used lines and splines to create the shape of the part.
