A very simple stylus clip that matches the upper plate of the XP-Pen Star G640 digitizer tablet. Attached using 2-sided (floor) tape.

Really simple no-frills print. The bottom is only 0.6mm thick so it's completely flexible making taping it to the tablet easier, and allows the two "grips" to flex apart without risk of breaking them.
