Summary

I have a Steelcase office chair and the rubber armrest came apart from the chair, due to years of use and I guess the plastic inside that holds the screws to the chair has became brittle and broke.

I created the part that is inserted inside the rubber part allowing to screw it back on the chair from the bottom.

I tried with PET filament but the plastic is too hard and cracks open as you screw the screws in so PLA is much better for this. You will have to start the screw thread before installing.

Hope it's helpful for someone same as it was for me.
