Summary
This is a remix of DCCDude's Vitrazza glass chair mat. I got a no-name glass chair mat off Amazon and the Vitrazza glass design did not hold well for whatever reason (maybe different carpet pile, IDK). This model has 2 rows of slightly longer and narrower spikes, and they are canted down at a 10° angle so that the pressure of the mat forces them into the carpet.
I've also included STEP files because why would you mark something as ok to remix and not include the CAD?
