This is the male side of the wing tip retention clips found on the Eflite Beechcraft D18

Reverse engineered the OEM clip for a friends aircraft where 1 had broken. The elliptical cutout in this design is smaller to compensate for the reduced stiffness of the filament vs OEM injection molded polymer. Three versions are provided. The only difference between them is the depth of the split line elipse. Shorter will give greater stifness. Longer will be more flexible.

Haven't had a chance to try them on the plane to verify functionality.

CAUTION: Print an extra clip or 2 and manually strength test it to failure before installation. It's stiffness and durability under deflection should be comparable to the OEM clips.

Recommend using a filament and printer capable of high seam strength. If you fly in a hot place, take this into consideration when you select the filament.
Bambu PAHT-CF worked well for me.

CAUTION: Test printed Polymaker ASA and Bambu PETG-CF. Both were prone to seam failure upon deflection testing.
