Summary
I needed to dust some vents on the ceiling, and didn't want to carry the ladder around the house. I found this swiffer duster handle (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1268565) that just needed some modifications (see below). Works like a charm.
I loaded up duster handle STL in blender, deleted the handle and mirrored the arms to get a double sided duster. Married that with the threads from here (High Light Bulb Changer for Paint Pole, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1242559) and printed it out.
