Summary
These are all the common parts that fail in the SW20 MR2 vents. This should also fit most Similar Toyota's with 5 and 7 blade vents.
The "AC Vent bushing" need a little cleanup with a file once printed. It's a tight fit. Do not force it in, you can crack your vent housing.
SideClip needs to be printed laying down on its side. It will break along print lines if printed on the end.
Vent Bars (both of them) need to be drilled with a 2mm drillbit to insure accuracy of the fitment.
These should be printed in ABS or Nylon. Ideally in ASA for the UV protection. PLA will melt in the heat.
I'll put together a video for youtube later. Until then, search youtube for AC vent assembly.
If you don't have a printer, I'm happy to print these for you for a fee plus shipping. I can also install the parts if you send me the vents. I've been around a while and am pretty easy to find.
