Summary

If you require one of these for your PC build, I have several prototypes which has been printed using HP MJF process, same as the one I'm using in my own setup as shown on the photo above, complete with magnets like the original. They work well, and I would rather not throw them away, so If you would like one, feel free to send me a message and I would be willing to send it to you for free if you cover postage costs from the UK.

Recommend to print using SLS or MJF processes for best cosmetic appearance (as shown in photo). 4x3mm by 1mm disc magnets can be glued into the allocated holes like the original.

EK Nucleus AIOs pump is a few mm too tall to fit inside the A4H2O, and for the RGB versions the removable top cover houses the RGB LEDs, but in the Dark versions without RGB, the cap is still the same height, but is simply an all plastic cosmetic cover serving no function. Removing it makes the AIO fit inside the case nicely, but at the expense of looks, so a 3D-printed low-profile replacement with the logo sticker installed on it was perfect for getting close to the looks of the original.

In my opinion for the Non-RGB versions of this AIO EK should have done something like this from the factory to make it fit more cases, but I imagine that would involve more expense on tooling and manufacturing, so they kept it the same as the RGB versions at the expense of compatibility/cosmetics.
