Central piece has a hole in the middle, it'll not allow neither filament nor PTFE tube to pass through because extra drilling is needed. I made this because it's easier to decide either if you want to use a tube or simply weld the filament directly.

If you'll use the PTFE tube, make sure to make a little "window" on the middle of it and allign it with the hole in the middle of the main piece. By then, you should be able to slide filaments on both sides and using a heat source (lighter, candle, etc) you should be able to weld the pieces together.

Disclaimer: extra sanding may be need right on the junction point, to smooth it as much as possible.
