Summary
This is a filament guide to load filament from the side of the Snapmaker J1. I mainly use this in addition to the normal loading when I have to switch filament fast.
TAKE CARE WHEN PRINTING:
1) First, print FilamentGuide_v0_2_5-1.stl alone.
2) slice FilamentGuide_v0_2_5-2.stl so that when the guide part gets closer again, you can insert the FilamentGuide_v0_2_5-1.stl. It's around Z=25.2mm. Do this by adding the M600 gcode to your sliced file so that the printer takes a break.
That way, no supports are needed when printing.
Screw it to the side of the Snapmaker J1.
Use a PTFE tube to guide the filament to the extruder.
