Summary

had to re-draw this completely to make it work, however it is a remix, since the STL was used as reference.
This remix allows the ring to swivel.

note, this is a "print in place" model, it would be impossible to assemble if the parts are printed seperately.

there is a 0.5mm clearance between the two parts, as such 0.5 must be divisible by your layer height (recommend 0.1mm or 0.25) other layer heights may work, however the clearances may vary causing the print to jam.

to save others the effort in future, i've also uploaded the step file for this model.
the screw hole locations are.... odd, not sure if this is because printer is odd, or design is odd. somebody please tell me if they print this (i dont own the printer this is for)
