Anschutz Match 54 Bolt Protector / Sleeve / Case

Free version (printed with black PLA in pictures), without end-caps and additional improvements. Premium version (as printed green in pictures) with end-caps and some other small design improvements, is available here.

This is a bolt protector / sleeve / case (call it as you wish :-) for Anschutz Match 54. This protector fits bolt on my y.1978 Anschutz and should in theory fit all Match 54 versions after 1976 (16xx, 18xx, and 19xx). For reference, my bolts has a diameter of 16.5 mm (bolt, not the cap) and there is a photo attached.

How to use:

Protector works in a way you insert cocked bolt and then de-cock it by turning handle clock-wise, to secure it inside the sleeve. Video here: https://youtube.com/shorts/O5ssf8wIDi0

How to print:

PLA or PETG
Infill 80-100%
0.15 or 0.2 resolution

Print positioned as in model (with narrower side down). You can use brim if you have adhesion issues, but I printed several without brim and had no issues.
No supports are needed, the support for bolt handle cut-out is already integrated and you just clip it out when printed.
