Summary

Closure replacement for base cap with 20mm wide adjustable strap.
Specific replica of a 9forty cap closure, but will work for others.

Original metal items are cheap cast and likely to break.
If printed properly in PETG, this one will last equally.

Will need Ø 2mm precise bolt shortened to length, which you should have in your collection. If not, just butcher an old VHS-tape recorder, printer, ...

Post-Printing

Holes to be drilled to 1.9-2mm, do not remember exactly.
But there's a good chance, that 2mm hole relaxes after carefully slow drilling and will be slighty tighter.
A 2mm metal bolt should press in without too much effort.
Will rest in place due to friction.
