Summary
Simple battery dummy for replacing 4 pieces of LR44 1,5V battery in series. Instead of replacing 4 batteries every few months now I use a standard 5V USB plug-in power supply to power my device or an external 5V powerbank.
It is NOT a "4LR44" adapter (13mm x 25mm) but an 4 x LR44 battery dummy (11,6mm x 22mm)! But it might work as 4LR44 battery dummy as well!
Take care for the polarity! - because it's the opposite of the intuitive usage of AA or AAA batteries. Here positive pole belongs to the spring in the battery box!

Recommended:
2x M2,5 x 8mm Screw
1x 10mm washer
Cable AWG16 or AWG17 ( 1-1,5mm diameter)
Aluminium foil
