Summary

This is purely a resize/stretch of the great work from davbgreen and much of the text below was just modified from his description too. All credit should go to them.

I took davbgreen's 2"x4" Drill template and simply resized to fit the 45x95mm Sawn kiln dried C16 timber I have been working with. I added a couple of mm just to allow for inconsistences in the wood and so far they have all been snug but no major issues fitting. If anyone does have issues feel free to fix or let me know and I will try to make the appropriate changes.

"The larger template is placed on the 95mm face, the narrower template can be placed on the 45mm side or on the end. The templates place the holes in the centre of the narrow end.

Using the templates together allow pre-drilling of all 45x95mm timer used to make a box frame. Should make assembly easier as well as improving quality by improving board alignment and square."
