After a number of times gluing the broken arm rest, I decided to make a stronger support to fit over the broken shaft.

Replacement Arm Support for a Pioneer PL-300 Having been broke in transit I repaired a few times only to keep breaking so I decided to make a beefed up versin that slips over the broke shaft. This is made in two parts which is super glued and pins are used to connect.
it even opens up if closed and return to rest.
The pioneer deck had to have the caps replaced when speed become unstable.
Now this vintage deck works like new.
