Pioneer SGX-CA500 mount to quarter turn adapter.

Printed using JLCPCB's 3d print service using HP MJF nylon dyed black.

You will need a 3mm hex nut as well as a 3mm countersunk screw. I used this kit

Note that JLCPCB's review process will produce warnings with this file due to the quarter turn mount not meeting the recommended 1mm clearance, however after accepting the risk for cracking/breaking I had no issues with the part and it came out with no defects.

Also Note the stl/step files provided are slightly different than what I had printed - when I got the parts shipped I noticed that I had made the clearance for the hex nut too small, and as such I had to use a 3mm heat set insert in my part. The stl/step files I've uploaded now have a hole that should hold a 3mm hex nut up to 6mm when measured flat-to-flat on the nut.

Future Improvements - currently removing the latch is a bit finicky and requires a thin screwdriver slipped between the mount and the mounting adapter in order to pry the two pieces apart. Adding a bit more clearance around all of the holes/edges should help make the part come out more easily
