Summary
This project was supposed to be a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5175836, but I could not get the parts from that project to align perfectly. So I created this holder from scratch, using moesi1985's work as inspiration.
This is a work in progress. So far, I have it holding the Zero2W case and fitting in a t-slot properly. The next iteration will aim the camera towards the print. Future iterations will include a ball-socket joint to adjust the camera aimpoint.

I printed this without supports, but that may not work for everyone. My bed has incredible adhesion (I actually hate it, because most prints are VERY difficult to remove). A normal bed may require supports.
