Summary
Needed a mess free way for my daughter to do her nails. I found a few online that just were not structurally sound or impossible to print. This was the first one that was decent, but the meshes were not connected. Fixed them and it works great now.
I made the tray tab a little thicker because it would snap if you looked at it wrong.

I printed the tray standing straight up. This made the bowl shape a lot smoother and didn't require any supports. May wanted to print a brim to help keep it up right.
The base I printed with the hollow side facing up.
Post-Printing
Sanding Trays
You may need to sand the tiny edges on the trays to get them to fit just right in the base. They are thin, so be careful not to get carried away.
