This is my 1st ever submission based on a Fusion 360 design. It's the inner plastic for a Quench 1L water bottle (it may work on others)

Custom Section

Final notes

The seal is not exactly tight, but it is good enough for my uses. Will get a bigger o-ring when next at a hardware store.

I took the foam from the old lid inner and inserted that into the print to maintain the thermal performance (this needs to be tested)

WARNING: PLA melts at a relatively low temp, so don't use PLA if you plan on putting hot water in the container
