Summary
The 180 degree rotating chute on my greenworks 20" 80v battery operated snowblower broke in the first season. It could be turned from the handle but the gearing was clearly slipping. Four years later I finally took things apart, found that there was one broken tooth in the nylon gearing that was causing all the problems. A bit of time on tinkercad and a few prints later and this is the result. Posted today because I have been actually able to use it a few times this week. So far, so good.

linear support on the build plate worked ok. I would probably try organic support (on prusa slicer) if I needed another; finding organic support easier to remove.
