This is my take on Star Citizen's ArcLight Energy Pistol.
I got the file from the game files and put a lot of effort in making it viable to use in 3D printing.
There is a tutorial somewhere how to do it, but if you have questions just send me a message (preferable on reddit see down below)

Putting it together

I designed a mechanism for the trigger so it can be moved. It holds in place with springs.
Thats also the reason i didnt wanted to glue it together and put screw holes in it.
I used a thread cutter for the holes so the screws dont need a seperate thread and can hold inside the PLA itself.

Parts

If you also want to screw it together without modifying it, you need the following screws:
In Germany they are called
M4x10mm - 1x (3.5mm in diameter, 10mm shaft and 7mm head diameter)
M4x16mm - 3x (3.5mm in diameter, 16mm shaft and 7mm head diameter)

For the trigger to be hold in place you need two pressure springs:
5mm x 20mm - 2x (5mm thick and 2cm long)

Blender Files

I put the blend files here aswell but in it the model is 1000x smaller than it should be. I didnt want to resize it because it broke some boolean operations while i tested it.

I put some support blocker on the top of the print, because there would be supports generated which you cant remove later.
