Summary
Made a light box out of the Scouts BSA logo for a fundraiser event.
Face prints at 0.2mm height and uses red, blue, white and black (from the 3MF).
Base prints at 0.28mm height (except 37-40mm which should be printed at 0.2mm height) and uses black, silk silver, and natural/glow-in-the-dark.
Mounting studs for a D1 Mini are in the base. Both have a cut-out for a USB-C insert, one has an additional hole for mini SPST switch. Uses two M1.7 self-tapping screws to hold the two pieces together (unless you want to use adhesives).
