Summary
Edited in Blender, the knurled grip has been slightly shortened and widened, and the shaft extended to accommodate a set screw M3x6mm, ensuring a secure attachment to the extruder. It's now roughly the same size as the stock extruder knob.
It just works, and it's nice and solid on there.
No more fear of stripping the extruder knob!
