Summary

I was gifted an old 2009 ULS 25 watt RF Co2 laser system. I decided to completely retrofit it with a glass tube and updated controllers, power supplies, air assist, etc.
I had to 3d print a number of things to make it work. This is one of them.

The mount requires 2 screws to hold the adapter.
The nozzle is a cheap k40 one from amazon. You just use the bottom part.
An oring around the adapter makes it airtight.

The chain mount is just for that. If you need to mount a chain for the air assist tube. There are screw holes on the inside of the x gantry for mounting the rail supports and the brass tubing.
