Summary

I wanted a clamp-on headphone hook but all the designs that I've found so far either didn't work at all on my printer or had fillets on the build-plate face that would result in ugly overhang artifacts, so I decided to make my own simple design.

This headphone holder clamps on desks up to 2" (~50mm) and accepts headbands up to 2.5" (~63mm). The desk clamp is only 1.5" (~38mm) deep to save desktop space and avoid clearance issues with any flange type feature that may be under the desk.

I've included a shorter "jaw" to reduce the amount of stick-out on thicker desks. The shorter jaw works on desks thicker than 31mm.

Notes:
I recommend increasing the number of perimeter layers to avoid unnecessary infill on the cylindrical features. I used 3 perimeters with my 0.6 mm nozzle. More may be required with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
