Summary

The IdlerWheel of a Beogram 1202 had a dent from long storage.
Not wanting to spend more than the whole device is worth, i tried to make and replace only the rubber.

Notes:
This was my first time using TPU. Had to add an extra filament support tube on my direct-drive extruder.

Post-Printing

check for blobs inside.

Custom Section

original rubber is vulcanised onto the wheel. you'll have to cut it all off.
After pulling the new ring over the wheel, sand off any irregularities
