Summary

This part is for a Nuna Leaf chair. We bought it second hand and it appeared to have no moving lock (bewegingsslot) inside. I teared it down and studied how it is supposed to work without having the original piece. Came up with this design and it works perfectly.

How I Designed This

It is far from perfect but it may help someone that thinks about building such a part. Note this is only my 3rd designed component.

I had to reverse engineer how such a component should work. After 4 prototypes I got it about right, but this model you can see 4x expansion/contraction scars.

When loaded into Cura it will see a lot of gaps and problems. Just print it with the settings below and it will print out just fine.
