Summary
I've never printed this before, should be fine with ~70% - 100% infill (it needs to be fairly strong, and some parts are somewhat thin), & have supports while printing.
I'm not sure how you would print this, maybe like a bowl?
The cups are unique, so you will need to print both, not just two of one of them. There is a bit that is offset on purpose.
Black matches the HD6xx best, but you can obviously choose whatever colour you like.
For best acoustics, glue the sound insulation you've printed into the interior of the cup (hot glue or superglue will suffice), stuff with poly-fill, and add fabric to interior.
