Summary

These fork sleeves are designed based on a BMW R80 with 36 mm forks but they should fit on other airheads as well. Best, check this video or the measurements below to see if they will fit on your BMW:

These sleeves require you to cut the positioning pins down to 2 mm. You can see how it's done in the video above. At the top of the sleeves you can add an o-ring (40x1,5 mm or similar) for a tight fit and seal.

Measurements:
OD bottom: 61,7 mm
OD top: 48 mm
OD step up triple clamp: 41,5 mm
OD forks: 36 mm
Length: 162 mm
