Summary
This is a simple wall mounting solution for thin pieces of material. It was originally designed to mount this 4'x8' whiteboard from Home Depot.
I have modified the design to work with 1/8" (3.5mm), 1/4" (7mm), and 1/2" (13mm) thick material, although it has only been tested at 1/8" and it fits snuggly.
It also works with #6 and #8 screws to sit fully recessed in the inner section.
Simply mount the back piece to the wall snuggly (but do not over tighten as to not break through the mount) and then super glue the front cover on the lip to hide the screws.
