ATTENTION !!
I've sized the grid supports with a very slight taper, top & bottom for an interference fit in their sockets!! They also have one corner rounded of to fit the corners. They also can fit into any of the squares.
My advice is print top grid and base first, then ONE support to check fit. Scale the 4 supports up or down in very small amounts, to get a good fit..Scale ALL 4 equally !!! Or you can just go ahead a design your own.Every machine is different. Filaments brands are different. Ambient conditions are different. Heck, nozzle wear will make difference. You'd be lucky if you print one of these and the supports fit nice and snug, no sanding, re-scaling or gluing needed ! With that type of luck . . .go buy a lottery ticket !!! (humor, peeps, humor).

Just split the grids into sections, assembled them to fit on my build plate, merged & print
