This is a print for an industrial cheese gratter we used at my job so I don't know what is the model of the machine or anything.

I don't exactly remember what infil I used but you should use a high infill since the piece is supposed to push cheese out of the machine at high speeds.
Post-Printing
Be careful using 3d printed things for food.
If you want to use 3d printed items for food you should normally coat it with a resin layer
