Summary
This is a hybrid of the high load carabiner (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2507698 ) and the suicide carabiner ( https://www.printables.com/model/267210-the-suicide-carabiner ) resulting in the strongest carabiner I've ever tested. I also added a sliding lock which increases the strength and reliability of the Carabiner. At 60% scale and maximum shells it broke at 225 lbf.
