I created this to fit Hive smart TRV heads to existing M28x1.5 TRV bodies. You can buy, (or obtain free from hive) an adaptor for this purpose.
This design is based on the M30x1.5 adaptor supplied with the Hive smart TRV head, it is not the same as the adaptor supplied by Hive.

The adaptor requires support, the other parts do not. I suggest you print this in ABS, PETG or some other reasonably temperature resistant material. The TRV body shouldn't get very hot, I haven't had problems with PETG for this purpose.
Post-Printing
Assembly:
I've included a tool for removing either the M28x1.5 or M30x1.5 adaptors, this won't work for the RA adaptor. You don't need to print the extraction tool unless you need to remove one of these adaptors. If you do need to remove an adaptor, the button used to release the outer case locks the rotation mechanism.
With the adaptor screwed onto the TRV body, and the nib fitted to the plunger pin, the tip of the nib should sit 7mm from the Closest face of the adaptor. You may need to adjust the length / hole depth of the nib according to your specific TRV.
