Summary

Remix of CNC low profile clamp, M6 screw by santisis on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6485551 to suit CNC 3018 with 45mm centres on the base. The adjustments are:
Base

Slots are moved to a centre-to-centre distance of 45mm.
Slots are widened to 6mm to suit a 6mm bolt.
Base is widened to 58mm.
Jaw
Screw holes are reduced to 2.8mm diameter
Padding alongside the screw holes.
Plate is unchanged.

The width ensures that the fixture spans a complete slot.

Depending on the length of the mounting bolts a washer may be required - a STL file for the washer is included. Print with vertical expansion according to the bolts used.

The screw holes for clamping the plate to the jaw have been reduced to suit a 2.5mm thread. This is the largest screw that will fit the countersinking on the plate. The holes have been left at their current position in order to suit the plate, but it would be an advantage to move them slightly wider apart to give more material at the edge. This would require printing the plate with a slight horizontal expansion.
