Summary
I've been using this for a few months now and I didn't have any issues at all, I do recommend using glue to fix them to the frame as the heat may make it loose, other than that I haven't seen any deformities whatsoever

Sanding
I sanded this down to make it as smooth as possible, be careful with the heat

I painted this using the cheapest black nail polish I could find, this could be massively improved but I'm lazy :)

Take measurements with a digital caliper
Not much to add, just make sure to be gentle because you could squish the part and your measurements would be off
Trial and error
I made 2 caps for my bike and both times I got it in the 2nd print, a 3rd one could make it perfect but as I said earlier, I'm lazy :)
