Use case
This connects a 56x56cm SKADIS pegboard to BROR shelves with 54cm depth.
Sits flush with the front of the shelf.
Designed for the left side of the shelf. Mirror if you want to use it for the right side.
Screw the SKADIS pegboard directly into the BROR shelf on the right side.
Use this mounting bracket to mount the left side onto the BROR shelf.
Heat-set inserts
This was the first time I used heat-set inserts. I first got the cheapest ones from amazon which didn't work at all and got filament in the thread when inserting. I switched to ever so slightly more expensive ones with an alternating cross pattern which gives it way more grip.

I printed this in white PLA to test things but I initially wanted to do this with black PLA+ from eSun. It's working so far with 20% infill in white PLA but if it fails I will reprint it with PLA+ and higher infill. Took me around 50 minutes to print with basically default profile. Sliced in PrusaSlicer.
How I Designed This
This was designed using ondsel which is basically FreeCAD with a skin and extra features on top. It's free to use for personal use and can be downloaded at https://ondsel.com/
This was my first design and it took 6 model variations and about 8-9 prints to get right.
